About Me
I am London born with a degree in Economics from The University of Nottingham.
While living in Nottingham, aged 19, I started a student estate agency "Silver Lettings" that housed over 2,000 students. I later sold the company and it still trades today.
I then moved to Miami, Florida to study towards an MBA in Investment Analysis.
In 2015 I moved back to London to work for a £200m student investment fund, where I bought hundreds of properties around the country.
I left the company, raised finances using bank debt and moved to Liverpool to start acquiring properties for myself.
I work to continue to grow my portfolio of high-end student houses.
Outside of property I invest in other businesses including; fashion, film and automobiles. These investments sit both inside and outside of the UK.
